Girlan, “Piz” Rosé DOC 2025

Piz Rose Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC 2025 from Girlan is an elegant rose from Alto Adige, made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on high-altitude vineyards at 550-650m above sea level. The grapes undergo brief skin contact, and the wine matures on fine lees in stainless steel vessels, without malolactic fermentation, to preserve freshness and acidic structure.
It stands out with a bright salmon-pink color and a clean aroma of notes of fresh redcurrant, raspberries and red blueberries. The palate is light and balanced, with lively acidity and a fresh, clean finish. Suited to aperitifs, fish starters, light Mediterranean dishes and refined cuisine. Serve at 10-12°C.
