Cremant Bredif Brut from Marc Bredif is a Cremant made from 100% Chenin Blanc, from the Vouvray area, with a brilliant pale golden color and radiant fine bubbles. A fine aroma and elegant nose with delicate notes of white flowers, ripe pears and fresh citrus. As it develops in the glass, nuances of brioche and toasted bread appear, characteristic of the traditional method of vinification. The mousse is fine and creamy, with well-structured minerality. The finish is clean and long-lasting, with gentle accents of green apple and citrus peel.
