Faustino V Reserva Rioja DOCa 2019 is a classic red wine, based mainly on Tempranillo, with over 24 months of ageing in American oak, followed by a minimum of 12 months in bottle. The wine offers a rich aromatic profile: ripe red and black fruit, vanilla, cedar and spices such as clove and cinnamon, as well as well-integrated woody nuances. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, with fresh acidity, rounded tannins and a full, long finish – suited to fatty grilled meats, mature cheeses or mushroom and pasta dishes.
