J. de Villebois, Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

Pinot Noir Rose Val de Loire 2025 from J. de Villebois is an elegant, refreshing rose, produced entirely from Pinot Noir, grown on sandy-clay and flint soils in the heart of the Loire Valley. Thanks to the night harvest and careful low-pressure pressing, the wine retains its freshness and expressive fruity character.
In the glass the wine impresses with a light pink color with peachy hues. The aromatic profile reveals fresh notes of raspberry, red cherry and blueberry, complemented by nuances of rose petals and citrus peel. On the palate it is silky and juicy, with pronounced freshness and dominant aromas of red fruit and blackcurrant, finishing with a long, refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit.
This rose is ideal as an aperitif, as well as paired with barbecue, Mediterranean salads, seafood, chicken and soft cheeses. Served chilled at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.
