Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva “Brolo dei Poeti” DOCG 2007 is a high-class red wine from Veneto, made using the appassimento method from selected Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. As a Riserva, the wine ages extensively, developing exceptional depth, complexity and elegance.
It stands out with a deep garnet color and a rich aromatic profile with notes of dried cherries, raisins, plums, chocolate, tobacco and sweet spice. The palate is powerful and velvety, with high concentration, well-integrated tannins and a long, warm finish.

Suited to game, slow-cooked meats, mature cheeses or as a meditative wine. Recommended serving temperature: 18°C.
